WELCOME TO FALL 2025

The first day of the fall 2025 is, Monday, August 25, 2025. Those students registered for the fall term can view their fall charges on their Bursar account now by logging into student center and entering view bursar bill. Clicking activity by term will prompt a PDF version of your charges. If you have a balance, the due date is September 10, 2025. Those students who expect to receive financial aid to cover their entire account balance WILL NOT have to make a payment.

If you have registered for fall courses with a 2025-2026 FAFSA, you should already see your eligible financial aid in student center under the financials link. You can expect to see your grants, scholarships, and other financial aid post to your student account by the afternoon of Wednesday, September 3, 2025. The Office of Student Accounts will process refunds by the afternoon of Friday, September 5, 2025. Refunds will be processed each Tuesday and Friday for those students who qualify. If you have signed up for direct deposit, expect your student refund to be deposited 2-3 business days after you see the refund on your student account.

If you are a Pell Grant recipient, please be aware that the amount you have been awarded will stay the same as of 8/31/2025. Dropping courses before that date will reduce your Pell Grant but adding courses after that date will not increase your Pell Grant.

No Surprises

We assess your tuition and fees every semester, and send it to you via email, so you know in advance what you will be expected to pay.

Assessment is based on the number of credits that you take each term, so your costs can vary from semester to semester. Costs can also vary based on your academic program and the specific courses that you take.

Assessment for each semester occurs as follows:

Fall: late July
Spring: late November
Summer: late March

To ensure an accurate assessment, be sure to register for classes as soon as possible.

Billing Cycle

To help you plan and budget, please note that bills are issued monthly, on the third Thursday of the month. They are due on the tenth day of the following month. Billing for each semester begins as follows.

Fall: first bill available on the third Thursday of August and due on September 10.
Spring: first bill available on the third Thursday of December and due January 10.
Summer I and Summer II: first bill available on the third Thursday of April and due May 10.
